BAFA to recruit Commission Positions

BAFA is pleased to announce the recruitment process of positions to our newly structured operations group

As part of the evolving governance change  we are advertising for commission leads for key areas of the operational delivery of American Football in the UK. Commission leads over seen by the operations director will manage and deploy an operational volunteer workforce to fulfil the strategic aims of the organisation through to 2021.

These are exciting roles which require excellent knowledge of the sporting structures of American Football in the UK and a knowledge of managing  volunteer workforces. The roles being advertised are

Adult Competition Commission Lead
Age Group Competition  Commission Lead
Clubs Commission Lead
Events Commission Lead
National Teams Commission Lead
Schools Commission Lead

The commission leads will be responsible for strategically leading the specific area and reporting regularly to the Operations commission and specifically the Operations Director.
